PRIVACY POLICY.

Last updated: 9 August 2025.

1. Who we are.

Our website address is: https://yyasta.com/. We comply with the legislation of the European Union and the United States of America on the protection of the privacy of our users. We are a Digital Marketing Agency located in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

2. Forms.

When visitors voluntarily fill out a form on our website and voluntarily click on the “submit form” button, we collect the data displayed on that form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to assist in spam detection. In our forms, we use Google’s technology to detect spam. With the use of this technology we do not collect any personal data from the user other than what the user has voluntarily filled in on the form.

3. Media.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with location data (GPS EXIF) included. However, even if you do so, we will not spend our time checking that the images you have sent us have such a geolocation code.

4. We do not use Cookies that collect personal information.

We would like to inform you that yyasta website does not use cookies, with the exception of a single cookie that is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site. We do not collect or store personal information through cookies.

The only technical information we collect with the one cookie we issue is related to the screen resolution of your device. This data is used exclusively to adapt the presentation of our website content to different devices, depending on the size of your screen, such as computers, tablets or mobiles. We do not identify individual users through this information. We also provide a cached version of our website, but in doing so we do not collect any data about you or your device.

You can read more about how and why we do not use any cookies that track your personal data on our Cookie Policy page.

5. Embedded content from other websites.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking from third parties, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website, or if you have accepted cookies from that other website in the past. We do not have access to the information collected by those other websites.

6. Who we share your information with.

With no one. Never ever. Never voluntarily, and never for commercial purposes. We would only share your personal data with a competent judicial or governmental authority and in the event that such authorities make a legal, official and inexcusable judicial or administrative request.

We would also share your data if a terrorist or criminal group subjected us to severe physical or psychological torture: in this case we would sing La Traviata, if necessary. Let’s hope this does not happen.

7. How long we keep your data.

If you voluntarily fill in a contact form and voluntarily press the “submit form” button, we will store the details you have entered on the form permanently and offline in our internal records. These records are not accessible online and are not on the Internet.

8. What rights you have over your data.

If you have completed a form on this website, you may request to receive an export file of the personal data we have stored about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

9. Where your data is sent.

Data that you have voluntarily submitted through the forms on this website is not sent anywhere. It is stored in our internal archives offline. And as we have explained before, we will never share it with anyone. Ever. And we want to reiterate that you can ask us to delete them whenever you want: just contact us and ask us to delete them. Once we receive your request, we will remove all your data from our internal records within 72 hours.

Thank you for choosing to visit the yyasta website.

Yours sincerely,

The yyasta team.
